That's fair! I know I feel better just getting up and walking around when I'm feeling sluggish, like more than I would napping or something. It's weird how something a bit tiring like a brisk walk can still energize you!
I definitely don't plan to make it a habit! Hopefully we are done with this gross slush/snow mix for the season. It's way worse than regular snow, imo!

I'm not too bad. Thrown by stupid daylight savings time, so my body is like "lunch?" while y brain is like "technically it's not noon." But it's a chill day for me, so I can't complain too much lol.
