A friend's grandma has it, but to your point, the only thing I know about it is that her grandma has good and bad days, and she increasingly has more bad days where she doesn't remember my friend at all. It's got to be super painful for the family and very scary for the person with it.

That should be interesting! It feels like one of those topics that "everyone knows" but I bet there's actually a lot of misconceptions and things to learn about it.

For me, personally, mental. It leaves me feeling like I need to lay down and take a nap or go to bed early, while physical effort can both be somewhat energizing and like I can recover with some water and a brief sit down.

I've been trying to listen to more full albums over the past couple of years. Particularly last year, I liked a LOT more B sides than I liked title tracks. If the artist is an established artist with a large enough discography that I already know I'm not really into, I'll listen to their title...
