right and tomorrow( the 13th) was a hard drop dead day for filing the appeal. so clearly the other three intended to continue. because they have had zero communication with ADOR. and were out of country.

I read a comment on akp that said that to this point the total outlay of funds for the 5 has been small, but pursuing the appeal was going to explode that number for them personally ( and anyone who can read could tell it was doomed to fail). That come to Jesus moment got the minor's parents...

What i think it means is the younger girls clearly surprised the others with this deal.

Lol i must have missed this part but it appears the later 3 have still not talked to ador. they dropped that announcement unilaterally again... H x2 were in office and signed (what i assume are new deals to cover teh time they wasted.)
