tbh I think that bp changed the game for ggs and groups in general in the third gen, looking in the long term, there are a lot of groups who take inspiration from bp for their debuts and songs. I mean only months after bp debuted there were groups who were taking inspiration from bps styling and...

the impact that they had, the power that they held (and still hold today) tbh I haven't seen anything like it since they debuted. im not saying that the new groups aren't making debuts like this anymore, but they aren't doing it.

I haven't liked any of twices recent mvs since what is love, literally jyp just puts them in front of a green screen and calls it a day.

welcome!! it's pretty peaceful around here, I came from akp as well, there's a big difference between the two sites (in a good way), this site is still pretty small but it's fun!!

sm has a lot and I mean a lot more artists then yg and jyp, all of them provide some variety so that's probably why they attract more people.
