If I don't have enough points for all of this its okay but can I:
1)Have my BigBang badge replaced with a Mamamoo group badge.
2) Have my wimwim badge replaced with a (G)I-dle group badge.
Honestly I think companies should follow the lead of Chungha and IU and debut soloist. They can be idols or normal pop artist. I think they avoid it because groups proved more profitable since the late 2000’s but if companies play their cards right they can have the next BoA or RAIN but with a...
So far Cube has been doing well with (G)i-dle. Their only weakness is their streaming numbers and charting (including ranking & longevity). IDK what Cube can do to fix this issue.
I'm not surprised. TBH its for the best. I don't see concerts, music festivals, fanmeetings, or anything of the like occurring this year for any artist around the world. It will be all television and social media. All artist and their companies will lose money from not being able tour but I see...
Oh my God, how could I forget Red Velvet, they've have at least one massive genre defining hit since 2015 with Ice Cream Cake/Dumb Dumb. Also from 2015-Spring for me BTS was saving Kpop. Shinee is also one of the best, imo right up there with TVXQ and BIGBANG for the 2nd gen.
Yes she will be! I love her because she's a great mix of vocal talent, dance/performance ability and interesting musical arrangement. Also I feel like with a soloist I can focus on the artist and music more. There is less drama, less things grabbing for my attention and less emotional strings...
Taeyeon. She just has longevity and wide ranging appeal. Second I suppose Mamamoo. BigBang as a group and GD/Taeyang/TOP if we mean taking in the entire last ten years.
Yeah I've lost interest to in the music. I'm more interested in how this fourth gen of will shape up and just the industry side of things. BUT Chungha is exciting me and I'm trying to explore Korean music outside of idol music.
Teddy is part of the problem. He’s the one that is used to hinder creative control from the females when you think about. And even if YGE didn’t give BP comebacks, there is no reason for their discography to be this small. He could have created albums (10-13 songs) and proper EPs (5-7 songs) but...
Idk..I’m still mad they only had about 32 songs after 7 years & that 2012-2013 were only singles and no mini albums.
Your right though, YG’s management has gotten worse because in the digital age they can market BP as influencers and still get money. In the early 2010’s that couldn’t happen but...
