I guess so. I mean my family does speak russian around them. always. so it's not difficult to pick things up when you grow up since even when they talk in german an accent is noticable. what's sucks is that by folks here we are told that we basically don't really belong since we are russian...

well my mother grew up in russia ( tho our family is one of those who migrated there decades ago so in fact we are german, the town my grandma grew up was all germans, koreans, greeks and all.). I kinda picked up her accent and can speak russian. My whole family from my grandma's side migrated...
