The hard part is it forces me to cook always. and quick snacks are an issue. So i typically have a few raw nuts.

its hard, but i put on over 10k after each parent died on top of teh covid weight so i am a mess. so i have gone on and off. alot the past year. This time of year is hard cuz cherries are out and they are my favorite.

as someone who has only had jalapenos , tomatoes and mushrooms as fresh veggies for weeks at a time. ( occasionally asparagus) i am sad :)

well since eggplant is a berry from above okra and most squash other than zucchini. that stringy texture is horrific.
