This is a win for LSM sadly taxes will eat a bunch of it like the sale last year. but they had to buy em for a full 50% more than they are selling for atm. So that will cover the tax. He still can be working on a flip. with the share price so low.

I learned to bake very young. pretty much all the basic stuff i have done . bread of many kinds rolls ect cakes. cookies pies. for a while i worked a a place where we made from scratch our buns each day and i have bakes 1000's of those.
