I hate when they add stage names after debut, they just never feel like right names

I will mostly use both stage name, sometimes real name too like with Jiyong and Younbae and Chaelin. But not really nicknames. Only nicknames i can remember using is GD and Taec (just shortening) and Bommie (bit cuter).
