well, I mean... Chih's can be really ferocious. I used to have a next door neighbor with a Chih, and he was M E A N! In fact, I have a fear of small dogs bc of him - he ran at me one day, seemingly unprovoked, and would've attacked me, too, if it hadn't been for my dad's intervention.
