    it would depend on the walking. I would most likely say hi love your work, if it were super clear they are on personal time then just move on. Especially since i dont have a phone nor carry a camera unless on vacation :)

KpopSource began as a small blog called ksource, created by a dedicated K-Pop fan known as @Sourcekeeper. Frustrated by the decline of welcoming, discussion-driven communities, she set out to build something different — a space where fans could talk, connect, and stay for the long term.
