all the recipe's i have used for risotto are very labor intensive. rice in a pan and you add the liquid to it by spoon/ladle fulls until it is done. Lots o work since ya have to stir the entire time.

Hamburger patties with mushrooms and jalapenos usually Swiss cheese. Tofu soup with same some times tomato added. Steak of some sort. Shrimp although the pealing/devein thing is annoying .
