I can ride a bicycle as that would be the only real reliable trans for as long as you could keep your self in tubes. probably in under a year we are back to horse oxen ect.

the funny thing is cars would not really last long as fuel would be useless (even if available ) unless a refinery was still up and running. Maybe something like bio diesel would still be usefull but gas / petrol would be dead in say half a year at most.
