OH, I played both of these songs a lot this year! They're both excellent, really no bad choice here.

I went with Spinnin' on It, mostly because they're losing, and solidarity for what is an excellent pre-release. But I'm not mad about it losing to Baby, Not Baby either.

I'm not gonna lie, I originally though I'm gonna choose spinning on it due to the instrumental carried the song but I'm actually surprise that I'm choosing Seulgi's Baby, Not Baby due to me not liking the song at first when it's originally release and two, it's an SM song and SM's music are usually like hit or miss with me but this is a title track and SM usually does make good title tracks, so . . . .

So, I'm choosing Baby, Not Baby since I think it's has more "sauce", if you will
