I think they are just called Australian sheepdogs since there's lots of dog breeds with countries in their name...

Both are born in the US but both also moved out pretty quickly I’m pretty sure. Mina most likely doesn’t have a US citizenship anymore also. Don’t know about Huening Kai, idk what South Korean Dual citizenship laws are.
