i reset everything over 20 time since like yesterday nothing worked then at 6 am i walked to the grocery store and the cox guy was working all by him self.

then when i left the house like 1 pm today poor guy was still there and its like 110 today.

why they only have on person working on what has to be a muti street / block outage is nuts.
