i understand that but she was bullied after apologizing MULTIPLE times, I will not excuse her actions because they were stupid but she was getting bullied for walking outside on twitter, she practically got blacklisted

It's easy to say that though since she didn't hurt anyone but had she killed someone it's not like an apology would cut it and Twitter bullies people for way less than that so as a celebrity you have to be somewhat aware of what the reaction will be and drunk driving is something that people can feel very very strongly about.

But I feel like people were extremely unfair to her - as she was only 24 years old - and Daesung (BB) was involved in a drunk accident, and still secured thier fame. They weren't bullied to the pertinent extent.

The victim in the Daesung accident is the one who was drunk is the difference and had already crashed by the time Daesungs reckless driving got to him which reckless driving was common for Kpop idols until the Ladies Code car accident which killed 2 of the members.

You can condemn that she got harassed to the point of feeling like there was no other way out while also acknowledging that she's a celebrity and could have easily asked the bar staff to call her a taxi and if she had then this conversation wouldn't be happening. Condemning drunk driving isn't just about preventing people being hit by them but also stopping those who would do it potentially ending their own lives as Kim Saeron could have easily died herself that day so it was an unnecessary and reckless decision on all accounts.
