Yeah apparently LSM wants to create a SM Culture Universe kinda like the MCU, so SuperM being the Avengers has kinda led to this too now lol. I guess we'll see all SM acts connected to each other in the same universe with how SuperM/NCT U hinted at Aespa and now Aespa hints at BoA. Won't be surprised if there are eventually AI avatars for all SM idols in the Synk verse which is being introduced with Aespa. Idk man, LSM is weird

Super Junior seem to be away from all this, happy in their own sub label lol.

On a few more relistens, the song has grown on me, still wouldn't say it surpasses stuff like Dalla Dalla, Latata or La Vie En Rose in terms of memorable debuts sound wise, but with the MV, concept and everything else, I can see this doing well. It's catchy enough for me, but I don't think it will have a lot of repeat value. Still, I like the potential showed by the members here, and future comebacks should be fun.

That sounds like A LOT lol, I mean ig they somehow have to reinvent to keep staying at the top and that's what they are gonna do for it?
As long as not all AI characters looks the same (face-wise) like aespa's ae versions do currently I wouldn't mind it

SM def spent time on it, MV filing was already happening in August, and the makeup team have worked on them for 4 months already

with how much digital effects the MV has it definitely makes sense they have shot the MV back then already and let the digitial effects team have their time to make everything look neat

Well, the song itself was ok to me, Winter's vocals surprised me in a good way, I was not expecting her to sound so good. The choreo is kinda awkward but the visuals (the girls and MV) are really good. I'll keep an eye on them as I've done until now, to see what happens.

ok first of all.. the mv is amazing and VERY PRETTY... second of all the dance is lovely! maybe a litle sus with the 18 year old member but... that's just sm.. the only thing im disappointed with is the song, it would have been nice to have some really hard hitting dance break or something in the last chorus

Edit to be less of an asshole: That interlude in the middle seemed unnecessary. Broke my immersion, too. I know it was thematic, but eh.
Expected more from the choreo, but eh.

Ohh I don't follow ITZY so I'm not sure about their outfits/choreos. I have seen others say that the floor sequence is something similar to what ITZY have done before though so I guess you're not the only one

I see, but it's not just the dance move.

The more I see them, the more they remind me of ITZY but not meaning it in a negative way, just pointing out and I just wonder if it wasn't intention.

I actually loved EVERYTHING about this. The song is catchy and flows well, the aesthetics are top notch and the visuals are WOW. If I was to complain about anything it's just that the rest of the members didn't get as much screen time as Karina but I'm really hope this is a debut thing only, like how SM was with Kai at debut.

Also I was genuinely shook when Giselle sang instead of rapped. Her rap was super hyped but she didn't even get a rap verse in the song... which I'm honestly not complaining about because I loved her sections.

I thought they all looked the same here so i couldn't figure out one member was being shown the most lol

the verses on the song were good and some parts of the chorus were. bridge was really good, overall id give the song itself a B. the mv, I was expecting more. it was giving me, "mid tear girl group from a small company" in some parts of the video.

I don't really know what to think. I like the song a lot actually and the members are amazing like there's so much potential with them and I love all of them in this mv. The mv was cool at some parts but idk the ae stuff was kind of weird in it but it might just be because it'll take some getting use to.

The only thing i'm disappointed about is they seem to be following the trends with their mv and music which isn't bad but i've liked that SM groups create new trends in music or just do something different lol. But I get that they may have debuted them this way because it sets them apart from previous SM girl groups.

Anyways i'm still super excited and can't wait to see what they do in the future!!!!

I really liked it! I kinda wish that little black magic break away wasn't spoiled as a trailer though. Since that was the only scene like that, it would have been more jaw dropping if we hand't already seen it. I do wonder if that was some hint at corruption in the group though, I'm really curious to see how their concept story line unfolds with that.
