This is Moeka's 2nd senbatsu appearance and is one of the highest selling girls in the handshake events. I'm iffy on this though because she just had a scandal. The scandal delayed her photobook release though.

Well Ogiyuka is friends with a lot of the girls who are suspected as culprits for Maho's case so I guess they're just being safe right now.

Yuihan won't be in the video btw due to a scheduling conflict that's why she's in the back row.

i read some of that .... there really seems to be some unhappiness with her personally and especially with the choice overall.

With all the chaos in aks atm why they did not go safe with Jurina , Nana ect is weird.

They probably wanted to take a younger one to hone into a new ace since to her credit, Moeka sings well. That's something she has a leg up against Yuiyui. I don't think they'll push Naachan as the actual face of the group though, which sucks since why wouldn't you push your highest ranking girl to the center all the time?

agreed, its all a head scratcher.
AKB has 4 members from the last top 16 left, all are in the group but none are the center.

I would've been completely okay if they had Yuiri center tbh. She doesn't participate in the elections but she's the theater goddess and does so well in handshake events.
