If all members leave the company I believe they automatically get the rights to the name? I swear that was revealed when Got7 got theirs back but it could've just been rumors. Generally lines up with what we're seen though as most of the time at least one member has stayed (i.e Beast/Highlight)

From the press release it looks like they've managed to keep their name, or at least that's how I interpreted the following:
