Today, there was an unfortunate incident in which an unidentified person broke into our office building and contacted our artist.

They entered without permission through our door, which is equipped with a key device such as fingerprint recognition, and approached and made physical contact with a member of CRAVITY who was waiting for a schedule inside the office building.

The manager who accompanied the artist immediately reported it to the police, and the police officer who was dispatched asked for him to leave and accompany him, but he did not respond and made a fuss in front of the company for a while. We are currently investigating the incident by sending CCTV footage inside and outside the building to the police station, and reporting unauthorized trespassing and unwanted physical contact by the artist.

We strongly warn you once again that visits to the office building and lodging are strictly prohibited.

The agency will also do its best to protect the artist so that a situation like this does not happen again. We earnestly ask for your active cooperation for a safe meeting between artists and fans. thank you.​

Fingerprint recognition isn’t as accurate as what some people think. I remember my high school had the system for our library (no idea why, our library was tiny and hardly anybody went in it), and more than once when my fingerprint scanned somebody else’s details came up. Hope the member of Cravity is ok.
