I'd still rather take back my sign up just wasn't sure if it was allowed

If I make a video or a drawing it would take 5 hours minimum and if I don't know the animal till like 2 days before + have to research with my accelerated summer classes, games, cards team stuff and job apps/interviews I don't think I'd have time

I'm not gonna tell you to not withdraw. But if you already know videos and drawings would take too long, maybe something less elaborate would be better? A design doesn't have to take more than an hour.

And if you're positive that it doesn't fit in your schedule, then it's alright. It's not more important than what you have going on.

Ig depends how good it has to be bc it’s a design contest after all?

Like this quick very basic sketch I made of a pangolin just now

with this reference picture

but if I do smth design wise that takes less time like a poem or a short story I feel like I wouldn’t have put in as much effort and there’s the facts and stuff too

i still think I prob shouldn’t for time perspective but I’ll think it over during the sign up period ig

(Am not choosing pangolin just looked at list and thought might be simple enough to sketch as an example, the scales take time tho rip)

As long as the species is Animalia + CR/EN/VU (critically endangered, endangered, or vulnerable), go for it.

Yeah I don’t see a issue with it. Though tbh you could draw a stick figure donkey and that would be good enough for me, since it’s the solo game part it doesn’t matter as much whether you can fully participate in the specific game as much
