Basically I was going through some articles and I saw a few Koreans saying the same thing:

Airport bans are decided by the Minister of Justice.... which means that there's just a lot of evidence against Seungri right now

Apparently there are quite some articles floating around that confirm it.
He can't leave the country. The ban got decided by the Ministry of Justice.

Yesterday I already mentioned in a thread that his scandal got mentioned in the parliament/government.
The case is now in hands of the federal investigation forces, a more neutral force than the police, who was suspected to turn a blind eye towards YG.

But before, there was no news on him being banned from leaving the country and the police has investigated it for a week now.

well it kinda is a national problem now cuz there are a lot of women involved.
I think prostitution is illegal in SK as well.

No, there was an idol going through police investigation that went on a world tour while the investigation was ongoing so it clearly isn't something that happens for all cases.
