It’s the best I spend so much money on there. I don’t have to leave the house and everything arrives within the same day or within two days.

I used to like it before I started using same-day and everything was delivered on a prime truck. When my packages were delivered by fedex and ups, I didn't mind... But now delivery has come to a point where they don't arrive at all. In the past year I've had to contact Amazon to get a refund multiple times. Really to the point where if I'm going to order something that can be purchased digitally, I will strongly consider the digital purchase even though I would prefer a physical copy.

It wasn’t as bad as some people have publicly said, but it wasn’t the most interesting job and their policy of adding up to an extra hour of time to your day on very short notice bothered me.
