Does anyone notice that JYP treats his girl groups better than boy groups? I mean I feel that it is kind of obvious being that they lost GOT7 like shit and they ended up leaving altogether. Jyp also treats DAY6 like shit, especially Jae. Jae has to apologize for stuff that he has absolutely every right to complain about and to me, that's a bunch of crap. I feel that he might as well just manage all-female groups if he's going to continue treating his bg's like they don't exist. What is your opinion on this?

He doesn't treat them better, they are just given more opportunities because JYP is kind of a creepy old man. That's why he's so controlling of their images. The girl groups being more famous thing isn't entirely true. He uses his boy groups to make money because, for the most part, male groups are more profitable than female groups, especially overseas. They also start making money faster. This allows him to focus more time and effort on building solid foundations and securing longevity for his girl groups. Male groups are expendable to him, it's the women that are his pride and joy.

I feel like JYPE promotes the girl groups lot better and has way better plans for them than for boy groups. 2PM got shipped to Japan forever, they made name there yes but they could have had some comebacks in SK too since before that they were huge. I think there was also issue with staff at one point which resulted into 2PM just being able to promote their new comeback 1 week. I don't know as much about GOT7 but I know the fans were unhappy with JYP's promotions for them a long time and they felt like lot of potential was lost. The members seem to have felt same cause they all left.

Then Day6. Ugh. I'm new fan, but I have heard that JYPE didn't want to promote them as idols at all so instead of variety and tv shows they just went to radio shows and instead of proper showcases they did lot of busking and performed at clubs- not all bad but not best way to promote in kpop industry. Apparently the couple times members have been on variety shows have been thanks to members and fans efforts.

And I think JYPE hates Jae's guts. They are like oil and water, don't mix at all. Jae wants to promote Day6 and has tons of ideas to do that from youtube vlogs to twitch to collabs with international artists. And JYPE is not having any of that. It's really sad cause Jae has been quite vocal of how the situation has been affecting him even before the apology. Like he told how artists have sent dms to him if he had heard song they submitted to JYPE to collab with Jae and how JYPE newer told him about those collab opportunities, that it didn't matter to JYPE how big artist he brought. I cannot even imagine it now that he pretty much lost his voice and has big (even if dumb af) scandal. Is he going to just "reflect" now and have hiatus until his contract expires? Hope not. I just hope he leaves JYPE as soon as he can.

But then the girl groups. Although they get lot better promotions, I feel like JYPE is also stricter with them. And with Twice, they have been quite overworked and JYPE hasn't done best job protecting them.

His female idols just speak out a lot less because they're stricter with them. Baek Yerin shaded them for not letting her release music and they took her whole instagram down. All of the times that JYPE has made Twice go on saying they're happy being overworked, don't want solo schedules etc. Div3 sent Twice a basket of shit and made them promote it on vlive after fans complained

Honestly, Got7 and Day6 got a lot of personal freedoms that I wish Twice had. Twice is the main breadwinner but has the smallest budget, no individual presence, virtually no individual activities and JYPEs piss poor management is pushing them into a decline. And not to even get into how severe they're overworked that it's created physical and mental tolls that JYPE has done jackshit about outside of media playing what a "caring company" they are.
I'll be shocked if any of them stay 2022

Those are his historic weaknesses with the girls.
I find it insane that none of them got acting gigs heck i do not think any were music show perma mcs.
every one and their dog knows Nich, Tac and Jackson and they had a ton of shows.
