Funnily enough I got a chinese friend who did visual arts throughout high school until this year where she dropped it to have room for her extensions! She's off the trial lol!

I mean it wasn't that surprising considering basically all of my asian friends who studied with me were doing something similar (maybe Eng Lit instead of Eng)

Not sure if I got everything right away just because of the sheer density of the text but that is not a bad thing at all. It’s a lot to digest and this is well written and thought provoking.

I think that may be a reason why but it's not like she's doing just stem, she's in extension 2 english where instead of an exam you just create a piece of writing over the year so it's not like she was forced out of art subjects yk? She's doing what she wants.

obviously we still have to "like" the subject in question but liking a subject that has been continously hammered into you since like the age of 5 is almost guaranteed
