I like both tbh. I have a dog who I adore, but I feel like I´m more of a cat person because cats are lazy, don´t like to be disturbed unless they want to be and generally I vibe with their attitude to life :D.

Cats are my go to pet-I seriously love them and how they interact and love people and other pets.
I do love dogs though as well but if I had to choose-Cats win.
