the only time i was nervous for a dental appointment was when i had to get root canal and i was terrified the doctor was gonna mess it up and leave me in horrible pain, i read so many horror stories online

thankfully the doctor cleared it out well and i didnt feel any pain at all

My dentist sanded down the back of my front teeth and went to get something off his metal tray. I felt my back of my teeth briefly with my tongue and it felt like there was nothing there. He filled it all in with some substance and it ended up fine... But for a minute it was

I'm not a fan of the dentist due to horrible experiences.

Not really, they help in the end, don't know what I would have to be afraid of when it comes to confrontational stuff etc, I can see however why someone would be scared of all the instruments they might use

Not particularly. I've been going to the same dentist since I was small and he's really nice and professional. If it were a different dentist, I might dislike going a lot more. Having so many tools in my mouth at once feels invasive sometimes.

No, I actually used to enjoy it as a child, except when they try to talk to you and expect you to answer back when they’re cleaning your mouth out 🙄 but I haven’t gone in forever so idk how enjoyable the experience would be now

When I was younger, a bit but it hurts to go to one cause they do so much crap just to make one's mouth clean
But to this day, no but I hate the things they do & it hurts.... Ouch
