for me, see the parade this saturday if i can if not, ima cry... maybe eat something green...idk but where I live, they sell green bagels & now im crying b/c i couldnt find any....but for me, its not a holiday but a fun day for me....

My Irish uncle is sadly no longer with us, so I tend to get a can of guinness for him on Paddy’s Day and drink it in his honour.

No, it is a religious day dedicated to the catholic patron saint of Ireland, St Patrick, who brought Christianity to the country in the 5th century
Though most people I know don’t really celebrate the religious aspect of it, and it’s mostly just known around the world for being an Irish holiday I’m not sure how leprechauns got associated with Paddy’s day, but it’s purpose definitely wasn’t supposed to celebrate leprechauns
