I mean this by both the general public and by their companies.
As groups get older, they slowly give way to newer groups and after a while they're usually seemingly forgotten by both the general public and dismissed by their companies.
I feel like it's already happening a little with twice and it just makes me sad to think about.​

This is why I've always said being an idol isn't worth it. You're basically treated as useless after 6/7 years. You're really giving away your youth and potentially a normal rest of your life for a few amazing years.

Honestly the only way to stay relevant for a long time is variety shows. That's literally it. Senior groups have an advantage on those.
