Depends. I am a good leader in the sense that I will work with the people who are "under" me. I used to be a supervisor and I would bust my ass helping out with other work before I did mine because I didn't want people to have to stay over or fall behind because someone called off. Alot of people respected it because I was actually helping them and not being lazy (at the time we had some supervisors who were VERY lazy).

BUT I was also a hard ass. I expected good work from those who worked under me and if I caught something bad, messed up, or inappropriate or wrong I would immediately address it. If it was a repeat offender I would be a little harsher as well. When I became manager I think people stopped liking me as much but I was running a business essentially with a bunch of teenagers who wanted to fuck around while we were taking care of living, breathing animals...like I'm going to be a hard ass if people aren't doing their job right in this scenario.

I think you make a perfect supervisor/manager/leader you help out a lot and know how to be assertive with others and scold when needed, I would never be able to and I probably would be too easy on others, even the bad ones

OF COURSE

It is, most Teenagers are still kids but know more stuff but dont get much brighter

Depends on the teenagers. Most of them at my job are pretty good and actually do their work and don't have any attitude issues or anything. A few businesses away, I'll stop by and the teens working there are so cold and mean. Just depends who the business hires I guess.
