Are you good at making eye contact while talking to someone? (1 Viewer)

Cause I am definitely not. I always think: “Am I staring at them too much?” “Will they think I’m rude for making too much or not enough eye contact?”.
So I normally just busy myself with something so that way it’s technically appropriate to not be looking at someone as we chit chat. What’s funny is that I’m a master at staring contests and they don’t make me anxious at all. Because I am determined to win and keep the title!

I avoid eye contact with men who are in positions of power over me, but anyone else I have no problem. At my job, we have three store manager's right, I only have this problem with 1 of them, the others are fine.
