The courts are going to take some time like always.

Korea and Japan's definition laws are really weird. They have zero to do with truth and are all about face.
Thus publicly calling a thief and a liar ect even it they are later found guilty the person who called them that can loose the defamation suit.

The label is already in a bad light. I would not be surprised if they screw over the new group, either, down the line.
