That nmixx collab with that euro guy.most recent song that dipped below a 5 for you my friend?
Spaghetti was oneof my favorite from them![]()
off the top of my head of recent songs (from the big4)That nmixx collab with that euro guy.
Lemonade wasn't great either but its more pioe 4.5 maybe.
Its hard to truly have some bad songs for large group because if you end up producing for the big 4, chances are you have some idea what you're doing.
Its easier to fall in the shit side when your scales out of 5 thumbs vs a 1-10 scaleoff the top of my head of recent songs (from the big4)
Boompala
Lemonade
WDA
SHIT
were all not my cup of tea lol
5 thumbs up to a 1-10 scale is basically doubleIts easier to fall in the shit side when your scales out of 5 thumbs vs a 1-10 scale
But yeah everything you listed weren't great...
A larger scale is less black and white. Out of 5 is like its either shit, ok, or incredible.5 thumbs up to a 1-10 scale is basically double
hell even my eight year old knows that
point of correction: I've never called a song shit (except Sugar Honey Ice Tea but that's only because the acronym is SHIT) and certainly no variations of shitA larger scale is less black and white. Out of 5 is like its either shit, ok, or incredible.
Vs out of 10, it can be shit, shitty, and shittiest or just not so shit![]()
Yeah didn't like spaghetti eitherwasn't a fan of spaghetti but easy crazy hot were fine
For me personally:A larger scale is less black and white. Out of 5 is like its either shit, ok, or incredible.

Nice scale, a person of reason.For me personally:
1 = I didn't like it
2 = it was okay
3 = it was good
4 = it was really good
5 = amazing, perfection, no notes
I apply that scale to everything, book reviews, movie reviews, etc. I never understand people who are like "this book was a 4.75" like how can you even decide what the difference is between a 4.5, 4.75, and 5.0 at that kind of granular level... what could the author have done, specifically, to have bumped it up...? Most people can't articulate it, and neither can I! So I prefer a simple 5 point scale. If it reaches perfection, it's 5, if it falls short of that, it's a 4 lol.
But I also agree that a lot of people feel like low scores are "mean" so a 10-point scale probably feels easier to use. I know someone who gives ratings like:
3 = this was actually offensive and no one should read/watch/listen to this garbage
4 = I absolutely loathed this, but it wasn't, technically, offensive, just bad
5 = literally everything else
And it's like.. how is that useful???
Not to derail the S.H.I.T. thread with rankings and where shit goes.![]()
