Hmm, kinda forgot to ask to be tagged here byt nvm. I voted in final round but idk, kinda dislike the color of Mia's winning badge-wish there was a instant run off vote for final tally instead but tat creates more work 4 the OP. thnx 4 all ur hard work here onlyCalB.

Winning badges can be changed slightly, such as colour, brightness, sharpness among other small adjustments. The awards team may do it themselves or I guess we could ask the original badge maker to adjust it themselves slightly before notifying awards of the winning badges.

Unfortunately not many people voted in the prelim, as such only so much can be taken from the results. The Mia badge was 3 votes in front, so it had to be made the winning badge.

What would you like to see changed within the winning Mia badge? Would it look better if brightened? Or a different hue to add a more suitable colour?

See what @Saythename17 thinks as she made the badge. Personally, I like it as is, but any small change to brighten the colour could look nice too :).

I'd prefer Saythename17 to make the adjustment if she can as it's her badge. It would also be better than waiting for awards to do it as they may be busy :).

Any changes made though would go through a vote, which could be done in this thread, to see which badge people like most.

I think i just dont understand why preliminary voting is called tat if there's a runaway lead n it ends up not needing a final vote. If 5 out of 6 respondents preferred the winning Mia badge, ill just accept it as my taste being different, its fine. Since i dint get off my lazy ass to make badeges/ask to be tagged/vote the prelims(if i sound like im being passive aggressive or sth, i assure u im fine-just my own time management tats all, srry)

If we had a lot more voters, it would of been logical to have multiple choice for the Mia badge in the final, same as the other badges. However, due to the low number of voters and the lead that Mia had, having a "run off" vote or a multiple choice vote for Mia in the final would change absolutely nothing.

Like you said, it was 5/6 voters liking the wining badge, and in comparison to the other choices, they had too low a vote to make a multiple choice final pointless. As such, the prelim voting declared a winning badge. You'll see winning badges in other badge threads too after a prelim vote due to a single badge having such a lead, regardless of the fact they had a lot more voters than 6 :).

Im just not used to the lighting, is all. Iv forgotten all abt last years badge voting cos i was kinda new to kpop forums then n glossed over the bluish/pinkish studio lighting-it just takes getting used to for me. Also the ratio of the face to the badge if this makes sense makes it more weird, to me.

Its no difference to me actually(added-maybe if the bg color wasnt that pinkish tone also it might look different to me but u dont hv to change it just 4 me), cos its just tat studio lighting, i think i noticed it in the twice eyes wide open/i cant stop me live special too tonight. So its everywhere, just tat its the 1st time im coming to grips withvit tats all. Ill get over it i assure u. Gwenchana. (Ill try to be more proactive in gfriend/gidle/oh my girl/girls' generation badge revamp threads to try to actively prevent a recurrence there but if it doesnt work im resigned to it.) Need to collect mia pix 4 nect revamp, whenever tats gonna be.

The OMG and Idle revamps are taken (not sure when they'll be made) but the SNSD and GF revamps are yet to find an OP.

I was thinking that after my three badge revamps are done (which could be this Wednesday), I'll ask to pick up the GF thread and start it around the time their MV is released. That way all teasers for their latest comeback will be released for possible badge material :).
