Didn't see thread about this yet, so:
Burning Sun's CEO Lee Moonho did interview where he talked about his role in Club Arena as well as Club Burning Sun and was defending himself against various accusations including drug related crimes, other stuff that's accused to have happened in Burning Sun, Seungri's Katalks etc. Full article about interview is here: CEO Lee Moon Ho Of Burning Sun Defends Himself Against Reports
He also said line that got many furious: "If Seungri's Katalks are crime, aren't all korean men criminals?". Netizenbuzz made post about it: Netizen Buzz and of course it was shared in various forums too.
However, I saw it being shared as just with one line and to me it was bit weird first of all cause it seemed to confess Seungri's crimes aka the Katalks as real (which Seungri still hasn't done or at least publically done). I think it's important to include the second part where he claims Seungri and others were joking and prostitution didn't really happen, cause including just first part gives bit of wrong picture: that he admits on crimes and says all korean men do that. Still, it's a bit of curious sentence isn't it?
"And if Seungri’s KakaoTalk messages from three years ago are a crime, aren’t all Korean men criminals? They were just joking, and it’s not like actual prostitution took place, [so do they deserve so much criticism?] "
There is also stuff he said about alleged female victims that some took offense of since he criticized alleged victims for not going to police and suing, which in this situation when there is corruption in police and women likely don't want their face and name out there doesn't seem that viable:
"He also defended himself against the rumors about women being drugged with gamma-hydroxybutyrate (GHB) and raped in Burning Sun. He said, “[If there are such victims], why are they not reporting to the police and only telling the press? If they file a lawsuit in the current situation, the perpetrator will be locked up, they’ll be compensated, and all legal punishments will be made, so why aren’t they suing?”
He then stated he caught person who spread rumors of rapes, turned them in and was thanked for police. Make that what you will ^^;
He continued saying, “Is there anyone saying they were investigated by the police as victims of rape? On the contrary, I caught the person who started the rumors that women were being raped with GHB [in Burning Sun] and turned them in to the police’s Cybercrime Investigation Unit. The lieutenant even thanked me. I’m actively cooperating with the police."
