Well Chungha and Sejeong were around the same initially I'd say as Sejeong does have a hit with Flower Way however Sejeongs popularity dwindled away in Gugudan while Chungha built on her solo career and made a name for herself.

Yea at the time which IOI was active, she was bigger and even released a solo hit. Chungha was the last member which fans would think of as "successful" and everyone was worried about her. Idk if Sejeong can turn tables again, tbh she used all her image in 2016/2017, same as many other famous IOI members.

Idk actually, I would say musically Sejeong kinda peaked while in Gugudan so I personally don't think she will pass Chungha in that department. Her acting is really good and I did enjoy her in the Uncanny Encounter. I feel that she should continue down the acting path as it seems to be where she will find more success rather than the solo music pathway

i thought Sejeong Yoojung and Chungha were eh clear winners of pd 101.
none came in with a pre built fan base and created one out of talent and personality.

Sejeongs music direction has hurt her. Chungha went the summi route and Sejeong is waffling but balad focused. Even IU does some dance numbers.

Sejeong had more popularity and a higher ceiling but Jellyfish mishandled it and screwed everything up. She could be as big as Sunmi or Chungha rn. Musically, Chungha has def surged ahead but Sejeong is slowly gaining back her popularity with her solo stuff and more importantly, her acting. Tbh while her potential success as a soloist may be limited rn but her acting career has put her in a great spot where she could end up the biggest among all IOI members in a few years.
