When I say fast I meant for like 12 hours or more without eating?
You can of course drink water and stuff but if you had to would you be able to fast?

I can do it-today I'm going to fast probably the whole day just because I ate so much yesterday and oof.​

I'm not punishing myself though-I felt really ill from all I ate yesterday and still feel it now. So I don't want to eat until I'm ACTUALLY hungry today.

Good good. Maybe you can try eating 'lighter' food today then but please east when you feel like eating, your body needs the nutrients

I will don't worry. I'm just holding off until my body tells me it's hungry but right now it definitely isn't and probably won't be-but I'm about to go on a bike ride so we'll see how it's feeling later.

Same I do one almost every day for at least 15 to 16 hours.

i used to be able to when i was younger and struggled a lot with my weight so i would go long time without eating, but now i can't go more than 6-8 hours. even when i don't exactly feel hungry i feel like i seriously cannot function without eating something, doesn't even have to be an actual meal

12 i do not even notice most times.
16 is normal.
20 - 40 when i go a bit crazy.

only done 72+ a few times but the first few i did no fluids too and that was awful.


i am also thinking of going a bit nuts as i have been stuck at a plateau for a few weeks now.
