This is me with probably 80% of Blackpink's discography. The only BP songs I liked first listen were Whistle, Playing with Fire, Kill This Love, and Really but I like the majority of their discography now. This is also me with BTS Idol, there was so much going on in that song that it's hard to actually listen to it until u figure out what's happening LOL

I remember hating D4 with a passion... but the music video was so pretty... So I just watched it... over... and over... and then the parts of the song that bothered me the most... I just... got used to... and started liking it....

yeah most of the time when you only dislike a small part or a small thing within the song its easy to get over it with time

Not really, if I don't feel good about a song at 1st listen then I likely won't be listening to it ever again

[mysteric]

I usually don’t force myself to listen to stuff I don’t like so that happens rarely to me

[ontheblueside]

I don't see the point in forcing myself to like something, I do things for my own enjoyment, not to fulfil anyone's expectations or anything like that ^^
If I'm unsure about a song I'll listen to it maximum 3 times before making a decision on whether I like it or not

[bulletproof]

lol yes, there are a few songs like this

[Mayday]

Yeah, I actually usually don't like any song before listening to it a couple of times.

[Buttercup]

Not really because I don't re listen to any song that much lmao.

[Evergreen]

Me with Dalla Dalla and I wasn’t listening to it on purpose but it was on a playlist that I listened.

[Jihyooo]

I don’t listen to songs I don’t like first listen but this applies to too many Kpop fans

Exactly, it seems like kpop stans NEED to convince themselves a song is good even when their favs drop hot garbage..
