Not necessarily. Like, on the other forum I go to, there's this girl who has "Hi !!" at the beginning of all her posts, and initially I thought she was a teen, but she's actually in her 20s! Also, there was a time when I was in college and still using netspeak like I did when I was 12, so yeah - not really. lol

To a degree. From the colloquialisms used and how they structure their typing can be an indicator, but it also an indicator for various things, so certain things can overlap.

The Content usually of what they type is a better indicator, such as talking about school and such in a present tense rather than a past tense or questions they ask or don't ask but thats also an indicator of life experience or lack there of.

Sort of? but not really. Everyone has their own style of typing. It's harder to tell on a site like this because it's an informal setting and kpop fans are typically younger.
