Starting this week, each batch will have 30% of its least common cards included by Cards Team, based on the total number of cards entered by participants relating to said batch.

For example; if 20 1st batch cards are entered, then 30% of 1st batch least common cards will be included. Likewise if 10 2nd batch cards are also entered then 30% of least common cards from 2nd batch will be entered and so on

This part is still confusing to me

What is the least common and most common then? And how do you judge it?

For 26 Roulettes the batch with the most amount of cards entered by participants had it's least common cards included. This was based on 30% of ALL cards entered, regardless of batch.

For example; if batch 1 had the majority of cards entered then cards team will go through all batch 1 sets to see which card in each set was the least common. The least common cards from batch 1 would then be included by cards team (not all of them though, just 30% of whatever the overall card entry total was).

With this update, ALL batches will now receive its least common cards, based on 30% of it's total. So every batch that has at least 4 cards entered will receive a least common card. Least common cards will be 30% of the total number of each individual batch.

The most common cards entered by participants will be removed from the roulette to make way for all the cards CT includes (least commons, rares + cards of choice).

The 3 Cards of Choice will no longer be part of the 30% and will instead require 3 more most common cards entered by participants to be removed to make way for them.

Cards of choice used to be part of the 30%. So 3 least common cards that CT were to include from a batch majority, was in fact removed to make was for the 3 more valuable cards of choice.

However that is now counter intuitive with this update. So the 3 cards of choice are it's own separate "thing" to allow all batches to have 30% of its least common cards unaffected. Therefore 3 more most common cards entered by participants to be removed to make way these cards of choice.

All in all, this is update is how the Roulette Team/Cards Team will operate the Roulette. It's too boost the overall worth of users participating.

Based on the process before the update:

> 51 total cards were entered

> Batch 1 has a majority, so batch 1 will have it's least common cards added

> 30% of 51 (the total of all cards entered) = 15.3 (So 15 least common cards from batch 1 will be included).

> Batch 1 has 34 sets. We'd go through all the batch 1 sets and write down the least common card within a set. (if multiple cards within the set have the same number, we just choose 1 randomly).

For example; ACE Donghyun has 12, the rest of ACE have 13. So ACE Donghyun is written down as the least common card in ACE.

> Out of ALL 34 least common 1st batch cards, we'd then pick the 15 least common from those as they will be the cards we include in the Roulette.

> However out of those 15, we'd remove 3 cards to make way for the 3 cards of choice. Not only that, we'd remove a number of least common cards to make way for the Rares as well. Rare cards are based on 15% of the number of least common cards. So, 15% of 15 = 2.25. Thus; 2 rare cards was included by Cards Team. The 2 rare cards + the 3 cards of choice was placed within the least common card "bundle". So, the cards that Cards Team included in the Roulette last time were; 10 Least common 1st batch cards, 3 cards of choice, 2 Rares = 15.

15 of the most common cards entered by participants were removed to make way for all those 15 cards. (In the screen shot, the cards that are bolded were the common cards removed).

Now, with the update the process will be (using the screen shot as an example);

> 51 cards entered in total. 14 1st batch, 9 cards for batch 2-5 (lol) and 1 for batch 6.

> Each batch will have 30% of least common cards added;
Batch 1: 30% of 14 = 4.2, so batch 1 will get 4 least common cards
Batch 2-5: 30% of 9 = 2.7, so these batches would get 3 least common cards.
Batch 6: Wouldn't get any least common cards as 4 needs to be the minimum.

> So, that's a total of 16 least common cards that will be included by cards team.

> Rares we included will be 15% of 16 = 2.4. So 2 Rares. (These Rares will be their own "bundle" and no longer part of the least common Bundle as they were before).

> Cards of choice = 3. These cards a now also part of their own "bundle" too.

> Therefore, the total cards that cards team will be adding to the Roulette is 21: 16 least commons, 2 rares, 3 cards of choice.
21 most common cards entered will be removed to make room for these cards.
