Strongly disagree on 1. & 3. Inverted for me tho i dont stan, nor do i strongly like Fearless(i do find it v. catchy n it sticks in my head, randomly pops up in my mind at times after first hearing it). As for Antifragile its just a read the bk(non fiction) with tat title n find it inexplicable why is it going by tat title nor did i find "an-ti-ti-ti- anti fragile" catchy at all(tho it might be tied to my dislike/dismay at using this word as the title n distorting the meaning from the original/popular usage in economics/real world terms) It does not mean strong or personally resilient, rather flexibly resistant to unexpected/unpredictable catastrophies/disasters. LOL tho at my pedantry

As for 2. & 4. I must confess i hvnt listened to blue flame or no clestial since i dont stan fimmies or even casually like 'em so far (or yet). Srry yunjin, chaewon n sakura. Its my bad tho, not their fault.

tbh they weren't using it as the word but rather "not fragile", saying that they're not weak, which goes with their concept of being fearless, with le sserafim being an anagram for I(')m fearless

Standard (SOP) for kpop using English without aclnowledging the original meaning, tho its just a "me" thing-if i werent so triggered by "wrong"/different meaning of this word i mighta been more inclined to like the song; i just personally couldnt get over it n thus it colored my opinion overall of the song.

They lost just 1 single listener(who dont stan 'Fim anyway so its a worthwhile risk/return by using the word with altered meaning from original). I doubt 7 billion people apart from me even cared.

I was ok with other English lyrics/titles before this ie snsd the boys, newjeans attention/hype boy/cookie, ive love dive/after like n many others too. N probably will be in future kpop lyrics/titles foreseebly, just tat instance n tat word from tat gg struck me wrongly. Fearless i found catchy n like(d) it (only casually tho). I think i hvnt stanned any new gg since IVE(which was 1 yr ago, n before tat aespa (2 yrs ago). None hv hit me in the feels for me to say i stan!!!(at least not yet, im unpredictable-theres still time if a new rookie gg debuts or im affected enuf to stan a existing active gg). Could happen as happened with gidle n wjsn in either 2020/2021 previously. Maybe 2019 was the limit tho-blackpink, gfriend, everglow, (who else is in my sig?), oh 2020-rv i&s, gidle, omg n aespa, then 2021-wjsn, IVE. so by yr, its 2018-1; 2019-3; 2020-4; 2021-2 n zero, nil for 2022(so far).

I see why a word from a language you’re fluent in being misused in a song would turn you off from it

not the same thing, but I used to not like exo’s playboy bc I didn’t like Playboys, but I listened to it with an open mind an like the sound. I was really young then tho.

I do like le sserafim and most of their songs but originally got interested in them predebut bc the producing group of a member of one of my boygroups that disbanded and was abused by the company made all their songs. On both albums.

Almost all the ggs I got into after 2018 I had actually heard their music before/got promoted them and it wasn’t for me and they either grew on me or I liked their older music more, etc

My thoughts anyway

I definitely like antifragile, even love it now after watching them perform it on a few shows, but it’s def not my fave song from them. Better of the two titles tho

Blue flame is my least favorite non intro song from them for sure. I watched their debut showcase (since I was interested in them predebut bc of my Trcng boy), and that was the first time I saw and heard it and other times I’ve listened my feelings stay the same. When the song starts I start out liking it, there’s parts I like for sure, but while still listening to the song I get bored, ig by the repetition? So yeah it’s an ok song, I’ve come to terms that I don’t like it, every single time I’ve listened I got bored.

The Great mermaid is my fav song from them and from that album and a contender for best bside of the year, top 5 b-sides for sure. And I also really like sour grapes and it was my fave first listen. And I think those are way better than blue flame

Fearless I gave mixed feelings about. I’m not sure if I like it. But I 100% like the audio in the dance practice, it sounds better there

Honestly there are definitely songs I like just listening to the dance practice but am unsure I like with the studio version, not just this one.
When I listen to the studio version I have mixed feelings tho. The chorus has like the same energy level as the pre-chorus, but it should go harder, so not sure I like it.

Rip no celestial being the lowest on this ranking. It’s by far my fav song of these four. At least it got a good rating. No celestial is my fav song from the second album, it’s not even close, and my second fave after the great mermaid and has been on repeat this past week. I love rock
