Teasing her full album for almost a year, coming out with bangers for pre-releases like Stay Tonight, Play and Dream of You, only to have Bicycle as a title track

The song is such a letdown smh, and I don't mind the lyrics although I prefer Kpop acts not leaning into that too heavily since they never go all the way with them like Western acts so it feels like they only try teasing but still have to play it safe lol.

true i also feel like any of the pre-releases would have been a better title track than bicycle, but i love the album so i don't care. the real enemy here is the album design

I didn't mind Bicycle at all tbh. It's not her best though as her other titles are great, but still.

Love her other songs from the album are great too!

I don't hate the song but I literally couldn't remember anything after it ended lol. I just think it doesn't do her justice and if someone got introduced to Chungha through Bicycle, they wouldn't really realize how much of an all round star she is

But the album is pretty good, I wish Stay Tonight was the title coz it was in my top 10 last year

watching the MV and thought it was just me having a not-feeling-it day. Haven't gone back to listen to it or check out the album yet, but y'all say it's good so maybe I'll get there...by the end of the week lol.

Yeah Bicycle was such a let down. I’ll have to listen to her album later on. I was so uninterested I didn’t even care to click for subtitles.

I disagree. It's such a great RnB track with powerful rap verses. It's a perfect showcase of Chung Ha being a triple threat, because the dancing is also impeccable. She did have way better title tracks but Bicycle is in no way bad. It expresses her as an artist with daring lyrics and I am in love with it.

As for Querencia, this is the most cohesive album I heard in history of K-Pop, other than Taemin's or HA:TFELT's full albums. It is essentially 4 mini albums with a completely different theme blended into a huge studio album that (once listened to as a whole) go so well with each other. Covering so many genres such as RnB, pop, moombathon, vogue, edm, reggaeton as well as rock, it's a versatile masterpiece and shows the true value of Chung Ha. People keep saying that they liked one or two other tracks besides the titles that were already released. I'm sorry, but to me, that denotes a lack of musical literacy. Especially if you just say "oh I didn't really like any song" without stating a reason. And no, "the song is a bit bland" is not a reason. Not to mention there is not a single bland song on Querencia. All of them were obviously carefully produced and not a single one serves as a filler.

Well I thought the comeback wasn't bad but for the long build she had it was always going to be hard to deliver on outside of releasing one of the greatest Kpop songs of all time.
