Appreciation CIX dropped boy group SOTY and best MV of the year but y'all still sleeping on them. (1 Viewer)

[Darkseid]

Tbh I'm also sleeping on CIX, I only got to know yesterday that they have Bae Jinyoung from Wanna One lol. And that the main rapper and main vocal came from YG Treasure Box.

Either way, they just dropped Jungle, which imo is the best BG title released this year, or atleast close. What's not close tho is the fact that the MV is absolutely the best of the year. I'm still not clear about the meaning of all of it but it's supposedly based on Dante's Inferno- the circles of Hell. The production level is A+, the aesthetics are on point, visuals are stunning af.

And the song and choreo are so good too, the vocals, harmonies, the rap bridge, the slow, seductive vibe

For a better look at their choreo

Also holy shit, Bae Jinyoung is such a powerful center, moves up to my fav centers in Kpop immediately alongside Taeyong and Heejin.

Yeah personally I was so-so on Movie Star and Numb, CIX weren't even on my radar so I had no expectations lol.

I think I just happened to watch their MV teaser randomly some days back and was shook by how good it looked, so decided to check out the MV and it was so fucking good holy shit

[Jimimis]

Their proportions are all so great

I knew you'd appreciate skinny center Jinyoung

[Myco]

This is their best title + album so far, extremely solid!
As you know I have another group for my SOTY but that's for another thread lol.
