wow.. fallings asleep while driving is extremely scary, in so many ways, I'm glad nothing bad happendI’ve had quite a lot of differences with sleep throughout my life. I think in general for a long time at least I had to deal with tiredness a lot. Sometimes it made sense (like when I was getting 3 hours a night almost daily because of high school, or when I’d go to sleep at 8 pm and still only manage 2 hours of sleep a night, it would take me hours to fall asleep and I couldn’t stay asleep for more than 30 minutes or so), sometimes it didn’t make sense (when I was sleeping as long as my body demanded, which would be 8+ hours a night and I’d still deal with quite a lot of tiredness and need naps). I’ve even fallen asleep driving, and been very very close so many times. In the past I’d even fall asleep at unusual times (for example, I’d fall asleep while talking, mid sentence). The last bit I wouldn’t believe people when that happened because who falls asleep while talkingNow things are better. I’m pretty tired in the mornings, and sometimes throughout the day, but it’s much less, I don’t usually require naps, and it doesn’t feel like it’s overpowering and controlling my life. Yay drugs I guess? I’m thankful for them of course, they help so I can’t complain about them or needing to take them (though they do add extra steps to traveling, and some places I can’t take them with me). This was long but in summary I’ll come here to complain at some point when I remember and am tired, but when it comes to tiredness now it can’t compare to the past for me

Also can I ask what kind of meds you are taking, like are they regulating your sleep rythm?
