I have to compliment @Moguri . She's a far nicer person than I (Thats not difficult though...) She used to be nicer. She was always the one pleading for everyone to be nice and kind. She promotes peace. She doesn't do that as much any more and I think it's my fault. She's a really good person, and truly earned UOTM. She wants to be the bigger StayC fan but unfortunately I exist so she'll never get there. But being the better person is a much more impressive achievement than being the bigger StayC fan no matter how you judge it.

Who do you want to compliment?

I want her to be recognized because she did so much for me tho it may seem like she did nothing but with her bright cheerful personality she showered her soul onto me. It just made me think that she is very friendly and i was surprised when she told me that she was an army too. I feel happy to have her in my life with me and that I want her to know that to me she is very special and deserves happiness
