No, it was rejected because Ravi wasn’t considered at risk of running away or destroying evidence, so there’s no reason to actually arrest him. And yeah from what I read the charges aren’t stated anywhere. He was never booked or called in as part of the interrogations, not yet at least. That part seems like it was made up before.

Well there’s no guarantee that he’ll be investigated either, that’s up to the people handling the case and what they think his role (if any) is in the in shady stuff. Maybe he will be investigated, maybe he won’t. It’s just that either way they don’t see him as a risk of leaving and destruction of evidence so no need to arrest him right now.
