It took a long time but I realized I didn't have to be that way AND that I overthink too much and look down on myself too much.

You are right I do look down on myself a lot but I've gotten better. And in the end my father ended up being a good person. He showed me bad people aren't stuck being bad. I joke about being evil and such but I try my best to make peoples lives around me better. He did the same for a large portion of his life. As far as turning out like him, I did a lot of the same bad things but I also hope I do a lot of the good things he did in the end. I think I'm in the portion his life where he was doing good. You have no idea how much I appreciate your words though. Thank you!

Ah, no worries. We sometimes are kind to others but not to ourselves. Balance is a must not to tip the scale towards any of the extreme sides.
