And I fucking hate this year. A lot of heartbreak and bad stuff happened this year.
So use this thread to talk about it and vent and curse out 2023 if you want.
I spent so much money, it hurt. If you know anything about Indian weddings and being related to either side, you are dropping a pretty penny on multiple outfits for multiple days. And Indian dresses are not cheap. :) Fancy ass dresses that I'm literally wearing once and never again because theyre too sparkly to wear if youre a regular guest to someone else's wedding and you can't repeat if you're attending another close family member's wedding. Make it make sense.
Add on all the times I had family over. Dropping so much money on groceries and amenities.
This year I lost two beings I know I can't live without. Actually, when my Abuelita passed away, I was understanding. She was at an age where health concerns are at the top and she's had a few hospital visits this past year so we knew it was coming, we just didn't expect it so soon. I can confidently say I've healed and keep her in good memories.
When I had to put my pup down, that's something I am still broken over. Everything surrounding his health, what the cause could have been, what if he was put on a different medication. Maybe then he would have not become DKA. I have so many questions but nowhere to find the answers. His health rapidly drained and I got as much help from the people around but there never was a solution. I still to this day sleep with his favorite toy and cry my heart out. I miss and need my child. I don't understand what happened.
It still hurts so much. He was just 4 and half and everything concerning his health came out of nowhere is what it seems like. I dont know when I'll be able to heal from his passing. I miss him so much but I hope he's happy up there chasing all the random leaves and barking at mysterious squirrels.
SO FUCK YOU 2023. YOU TOOK MY CHILD.
Financially, this was a draining too. I didn't have proper insurance for my pup so I had to pay out of pocket. I did get help luckily. So add this to the reason my bank account cried.
Also, right after my pup left, I now realize I've been having so many health issues so I can only blame it on stress x.x
Right before the Euro trip I got horribly sick and an annoying dry cough that remained through the first half of my trip.
That was fun.
Found out I got stomach ulcers a couple of months ago which are closed now by the way. It's not gone completely but
I'm currently dealing with another random cough. I'm on Day 12 i think x.x i fucking hate it.
