it was obvious that he would suffer because of his dating scandal but his sales are increasing again. His last EP is doing better than the last one and his comeback happened this week. His fandom is growing.

There was a lot of anticipation for his solo debut but honestly, his songs aren’t doing that well digitally. Some fans might have been disappointed too.

I think it's that coupled with other factors like the fame he got from the show is fading (you have like 2-3 years of peak popularity it seems) and I don't think his company has all the connections yet to get him better promotions.
